Experience -2+ years in inbound and outbound calls
Role and Responsibilities -
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide information about products, services, or ongoing offers.
- Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience during all interactions.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions to maintain engagement and convert opportunities into business.
- Accurately record call details, feedback, and outcomes in the system for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to escalate issues when required and support overall customer relationship management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
