Who We’re Looking For
- Based in Kolkata or nearby areas
- Willing to work from our office in Newtown
- 2-4 years of experience in the travel & tourism industry
- Strong knowledge of tour operations, itinerary planning, and vendor coordination
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tour operations - from booking to completion




- Plan and customize itineraries for domestic and international clients
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport providers, and other vendors
- Negotiate and confirm vendor contracts
- Ensure smooth execution of tours and handle operational issues proactively
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain proper documentation and timely coordination
