Talent Acquisition Executive

We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team As a key member of our HR department, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely closures
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably bulk recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Graduate degree in HR or related field
