We are looking for a Purchase & Store Executive to handle procurement activities along with store and inventory management at our dairy plant.

Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Functions:
- Procurement of raw materials, packing materials, and consumables
- Vendor development, price negotiation, and PO creation
- Follow-up for timely delivery of materials
- Coordination with accounts for bills, GRN, and payments

Store & Inventory Functions:
- Inward & outward material entry (GRN, issue slips, stock registers)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO and proper material storage
- Periodic physical stock verification
- Coordination with production and quality teams

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Any stream)
- 1-4 years of experience in Purchase/Store (Dairy/FMCG preferred)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory systems
- Understanding of dairy raw materials, packaging, and consumables
- Solid coordination and negotiation skills

Pay: ₹11,161.22 - ₹27,968.98 per month
