We are seeking a highly capable Microsoft 365 Managed Services Executiveto take full ownership of our Microsoft 365 environment and deliver structured managed services across users, security, collaboration, endpoints, and Teams Phone.

This role is responsible for managing approximately 40-70 users across office, field-based, and offshore teams, ensuring a secure, optimised, and high-performing Microsoft 365 workplace backed by defined SLAs and proactive governance.

You will act as the primary Microsoft 365 lead, overseeing identity, security, communication systems, and operational support.

Security & Compliance Management
- Configure and manage Conditional Access policies
- Monitor sign-in risks and identity protection alerts
- Manage Microsoft Defender policies and security alerts
- Implement and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
