Job Profile
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address hazardous conditions and equipment
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, including recent hire orientation and ongoing training
- Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related issues and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments and management to ensure safety practices are integrated into all operations and processes
