Job Purpose:
To ensure adherence of benchmarked Quality practices in line with Lean manufacturing procedures in SSL production Line. Integrate activities with Final Product Quality & Drive Customer Quality Improvement Projects, Co-ordinate for day to day problem resolution for improving OKOL/ADPU/ACPU as well as Dealer PDI & 3MIS issues

Key Responsibilities:
- CQA Score less than 40
- First pass of assembly will be > 75%
- Improvement in external KPIs - DAR Rating, ADPU reduction & PDI F/100 by 10% YOY
- Improvement in Internal KPIs - ADPU reduction at Quality gates, OKOL & PDI by 10% YOY
- Machine Clearence as per dispatch plan
- Leakage per M/c less than 1
- KAIZEN - 50+ Just Do it Kaizen through LDM. 05+ Major Project Kaize

Experience Required:
6-8 years
