About the Role

We are hiring 2 Sales Calling Interns for AppAlly, a company that provides software, mobile app, and web development services.

You will be calling leads provided by the company and introducing AppAlly’s services to potential clients. Your main responsibility will be to speak with a large number of prospects, identify genuinely interested clients, and pass reliable leads to the core team.

This role requires strong communication, patience, and consistency.

Responsibilities
- Call leads provided by the company
- Introduce AppAlly and our services (software, app, web development)
- Understand client needs and interest level
- Filter serious prospects from large lead lists
- Share qualified leads with the internal team
- Maintain basic follow-up and call records

Earnings & Growth (Clear and Honest)
- Fixed stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹8,000/month
- Performance-based incentives on successful deals




- Incentives can range between 5%-10%, depending on deal size, quality of lead, and contribution
- If your performance, communication, and work behavior remain strong, you will be considered for a permanent role within 2-3 months:
- After confirmation, salary can increase to ₹15,000-₹20,000 per month, based on performance

Language Requirement
- Hindi and English required:
- Gujarati is a plus
