The CRM team plays a critical role in ensuring that families do not just enroll — they implement, progress, and advance through the appropriate stages of support.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive who will act as a Progress Partner for enrolled families across different levels of our programmes.

This is not a passive customer service role.
It is an active engagement role requiring structured follow-up, accountability tracking, emotional intelligence, and systematic documentation.





The CRM Executive will:
- Ensure smooth onboarding
- Track implementation and compliance
- Maintain consistent engagement
- Identify upgrade readiness
- Facilitate movement to higher-level programmes when applicable

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Onboarding & Client Integration
- Ensure current joinees are smoothly integrated into their respective programme level.
- Communicate structure, expectations, timelines, and checklists clearly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enrolled families.

B. Progress Tracking & Accountability
- Track implementation of assigned action steps and checklists.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure compliance.
- Identify stagnation early and escalate where required.
- Maintain structured documentation in CRM systems.

C. Relationship Management
- Maintain consistent engagement with families.
- Understand evolving needs and concerns.
