We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Order Executive who will be responsible for taking orders from customers, entering them into the system, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and confirm product/service details
- Enter customer orders accurately into the system (ERP/Order Management)
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for timely delivery
- Provide customers with order confirmation and delivery updates
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and communications
- Resolve order-related issues such as delays, changes, or cancellations
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional support
