Job Description: Advertisement Sales Head

Ei Samay is a leading media organization with a strong presence in print and digital platforms. We

are looking for an experienced and strategic Advertisement Sales Head to lead and scale our

advertising revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the advertisement sales department.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Identify recent business opportunities and advertising markets.
- Oversee pricing, negotiations, and commercial closures.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and operations teams for campaign execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback.
- Build, train,



and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Proven experience in media and advertisement sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of print, digital, and integrated media solutions.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Result-oriented with a revenue-driven mindset.
- Strong network within advertising agencies and corporate brands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,950.47 - ₹45,567.31 per month
