Inside Sales Representative - Microsoft Productivity Suite and Microsoft Azure

Leading provider of cloud solutions specializing in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and enterprise productivity tools. We're expanding our B2B sales team.

The Role

High-energy Inside Sales position owning the complete sales cycle for Microsoft Productivity Suite solutions. You'll drive revenue through volume outreach (100+ daily contacts), lead qualification, demos, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute 100+ daily outbound calls to prospects and existing contacts
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → demo → close
- Build and maintain sales pipeline in Pipedrive to hit monthly quotas
- Upsell Microsoft 365 features (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, etc.)
- Track all activities and metrics in CRM with daily reporting

Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 1+ years B2B inside sales experience (SaaS/software preferred)
- Proven track record with high-volume calling (100+ calls/day)




- Strong phone presence and objection handling
- End-to-end sales cycle ownership experience
- Fluent English communication
- CRM proficiency (Pipedrive or similar)
- Bachelor's degree
- Willing to work full-time from Indore office

Nice-to-Have:
- Microsoft 365 product knowledge
- Sales certifications (Microsoft Partner programs)

- Salary: ₹1.8 Lacs - 3 Lacs PA (based on experience)
