Key Responsibilities
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market demands
- Create original design concepts, sketches, and mood boards
- Develop seasonal collections as per brand vision
- Select fabrics, trims, patterns, and accessories
- Coordinate with tailors, production team, and vendors
- Ensure proper fitting, quality, and finishing of garments
- Work closely with marketing and branding team for product launches
- Maintain design documentation and sample approvals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design
- Solid knowledge of Indian ethnic wear construction
- Understanding of spiritual aesthetics and cultural elements
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
- Knowledge of fabric sourcing and vendor coordination
- Creative mindset with attention to detail

- Experience in e-commerce order management
- Understanding of production processes
- Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently
