Chela Clothing is a Premium Clothing brand currently looking for a Warehouse Operations Executive to manage end-to-end warehouse activities, from purchased product inward to store display readiness. This role will coordinate daily operations, oversee inventory movement, and guide other warehouse support staff. The position is hands-on and suited for someone with basic warehouse or retail backend experience who can grow with a scaling operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward of purchased products from vendors
- Ensure quality checking, tagging, SKU and barcode creation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and rack-wise organization
- Oversee stock movement between warehouse and stores
- Ensure products are display-ready
- Plan and execute store allocation and replenishment
- Prepare and track stock transfers and acknowledgements
- Coordinate daily tasks of warehouse support staff
- Monitor stock accuracy, aging, and discrepancies




- Support stock counts, audits, and process improvements
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the warehouse

Qualifications & Experience
- 1-3 years experience in warehouse, inventory, or retail backend operations
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock documentation
- Comfortable with system entries (ERP / Excel)
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations independently
- Basic team coordination skills
- Attention to detail and organized working style
- Experience in têxtile, garment, or retail industry is a plus

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
