Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via outbound calls regarding pending/overdue loan payments.
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely repayment.
- Negotiate payment terms and repayment plans as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and update CRM systems.
- Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues and payment procedures.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets and KPIs.
- Escalate complex cases to senior management when required.
- Maintain strict compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:



Higher Secondary (12th Pass) - Mandatory; Bachelor’s Degree - Optional.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling / Loan Recovery / Collections (Fintech preferred).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (preferred), English, and Bengali.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Computer savvy with good knowledge of MS Office & CRM software.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Experience in NBFC / Fintech / Banking loan recovery process.
- Strong convincing and persuasion ability.
- Good understanding of loan products and recovery procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
