Responsibilities
- Do cold calls.
- Follow up on potential leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied and provide solutions to them in their converse.
- Make daily/weekly reports for lead generation and conversions.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience in tele calling and customer service with excellent communication.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tele calling tools.
