Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to confidently present solutions to customers.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing Sales: Handle negotiations and finalize sales contracts or agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues post-sale.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).




- Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
