We’re looking for an extremely creative, trend-obsessed Gen Z Social Media Expert who lives and breathes Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and trending content. You should know what’s trending before it hits everyone’s feed and know how to turn ideas into content that actually gets attention, saves, shares, and DMs.

This role is not about posting pretty graphics. It’s about storytelling, hooks, trends, and making people stop scrolling.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute social media content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Identify trends, sounds, memes, and formats early and adapt them fast
- Write short, punchy captions and hooks that convert views into engagement
- Plan and publish reels and short-form videos consistently
- Collaborate with the founder/team for content ideas and shooting direction
- Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short clips
- Engage with comments, DMs, and audience interactions
- Track performance and double down on what’s working

Must-Have Skills
- Deep understanding of Gen Z content, humor, and online culture




- Robust reel and short-form video sense (hooks, pacing, storytelling)
- Knows how to grow accounts organically without ads
- Comfortable working with raw footage, talking-head videos, and trend-based content
- Basic editing skills using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar
- Can write captions that sound human, not marketing copy

Nice to Have
- On-camera confidence or ability to guide creators on camera
- Experience growing personal or brand accounts from scratch
- Understanding of analytics like reach, retention, saves, and shares
- Meme creation skills (big plus)
