Job Title: Jr. Merchandiser - Garment Division
Experience: 1-2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling buyer inquiries and order confirmations.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing sheets, and production files.
- Coordinate with design, sampling, production, and quality teams.
- Follow up on sample development and approvals (fit, size set, PPS).
- Track production status and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Monitor fabric, trims, and accessories sourcing and availability.
- Maintain proper documentation for orders, samples, and approvals.
- Support quality control processes and resolve minor production issues.
- Update daily production and order status reports to seniors.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Diploma / Degree in Fashion Designing, Garment Technology, or Merchandising (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in garment merchandising or apparel manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production processes.
- Valuable communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in women’s wear / ethnic wear / fashion garments is an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.
- Team player with positive and learning attitude.

Working Days: 6 Days
Office Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
