Hiring: Sales Executive - Platinum Catering Services
Type: Full-Time / Work From Office

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Executive to generate new customers and event bookings for our catering services. Your main role will be approaching potential clients, understanding their event requirements, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.

This is a performance-driven position with additional incentives for every successful booking.

Services to Promote

Success Metrics (KPIs)
- 15-25 Qualified Leads / Month
- Regular booking confirmations
- Customer satisfaction & repeat clients
- ₹5,000 incentive per successful lead conversion

You will be promoting catering services for:
- Wedding Catering
- Corporate Events
- Birthday & Private Parties
- Reception & Engagement Functions
- Social & Cultural Events
- Bulk Food Orders

Target Customers
- Event planners & organizers
- Corporate offices
- Wedding clients & families
- Party hosts & banquet halls
- Institutions & community groups

Lead Sources




- Walk-in inquiries
- Field visits & direct outreach
- Phone & WhatsApp enquiries
- Vendor partnerships (decorators, halls, planners)
- Local marketing & references

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and meet potential clients
- Explain packages and customize menus
- Generate 15-25 qualified leads per month:
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with kitchen & operations team
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
- Provide daily and weekly sales reports

Mandatory Requirements
- Basic sales or customer dealing experience preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Local area knowledge is a plus
- Must be comfortable with in-office work
