Position: Site In-Charge
Industry: Railway / Highway Projects
Experience Required: 8 - 10 Years
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Age Limit: 35 - 40 Years
Salary: CTC ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
Job Location: Project Site / Kolkata

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring smooth execution as per project timelines.
- Prepare detailed project planning and execution strategies.
- Manage manpower planning, task allocation, and supervise work teams.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards in:
- Earthwork
- Railway formation works
- Concreting
- Structural execution
- Verify client measurements and prepare supporting documentation.
- Execute and check alignments, levels, cross-sections, and volumetric quantities accurately.
- Review and interpret construction drawings for proper site implementation.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and enforce safety practices.

Required Skills & Competencies




- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of Railway/Highway construction standards and specifications.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently in site conditions.
- Strong technical expertise in measurement verification and quality control.
- Experience in handling Railway or Highway infrastructure projects.
- Confident in client interactions and documentation management.
- Result-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities.
