MeethiRas is a fast-growing sweets, namkeens, and snacks brand committed to quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. We operate retail outlets, warehouse, and production units and are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to strengthen our finance operations.

Job Summary

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, vendor payments, inventory accounting, GST compliance, and supporting financial reporting for smooth functioning of retail outlet, factory, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities1️ Daily Accounting Operations
- Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
- Maintain cash book and bank book.
- Perform daily cash & POS reconciliation.
- Manage petty cash entries.

2️ Vendor & Purchase Management
- Maintain vendor ledger.
- Process vendor payments on time.
- Reconcile purchase invoices with GRN/Stock entries.
- Track outstanding payable balances.

3️ Inventory & Stock Accounting
- Maintain proper stock accounting for raw materials and finished goods.




- Monitor stock transfers between factory, warehouse & outlet.
- Perform periodic stock reconciliation.
- Identify stock mismatch or leakage.

4️ GST & Compliance
- Prepare GST working (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B support).
- Reconcile purchase data with GSTR-2A/2B.
- Ensure proper documentation of tax invoices.
- Support auditor during audit.

5️ Banking & Financial Reporting
- Bank reconciliation (weekly/monthly).
- Assist in preparing P&L; and balance sheet.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing.
- Support management in financial decision-making.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / Accounting Software
- Strong understanding of GST & basic taxation
- Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
- Inventory accounting knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Robust integrity and accountability

- B.Com / M.Com preferred
