Job Title: Social Media Executive/Strategist

About the Role:
CodeQuotient is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Social Media Executive who will help manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms. This role involves creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring engagement, and supporting overall brand communication online.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube etc.
- Maintain and update the social media content calendar.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social accounts.
- Track social media performance and prepare simple reports on engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on social media trends and share ideas for content improvement.
- Track platform performance and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growth metrics.
- Write compelling captions aligned with CodeQuotient’s tone and positioning.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams for campaign-based content.




- Support employer branding and student success storytelling initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:
- Graduationin Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 2 to 6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or brand communication.
- Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of all the social media platforms and basic understanding of content performance metrics and social analytics.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
