Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English using engaging and age-appropriate methods
- Develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching aids as per curriculum
- Assess student progress and maintain records
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning setting
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs
Requirements:
- Graduate with D.El.Ed / B.Ed (preferred)
- Good command over spoken and written English
- Passion for teaching young learners
- Patience, creativity, and classroom management skills
