We are hiring IVA Sales Advisors / Debt Solution Advisors to work on a UK-based process. The role involves speaking with UK customers who are struggling with unsecured debts and guiding them toward suitable debt solutions, primarily Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA) — a government-backed debt repayment plan.

Key Responsibilities

Contact UK customers struggling with unsecured debts.
- Explain the IVA solution (a government-backed debt repayment plan).
- Conduct eligibility checks by assessing customer income, expenses, and outstanding debts.
- Provide accurate information about benefits, risks, and process of IVA.




- Gather required documents and pass qualified leads to insolvency practitioners.
- Maintain compliance with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and GDPR regulations.
- Meet weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.

Skills Required:
- Robust communication and empathy skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build trust.
- Knowledge of debt management products and UK financial regulations preferred.
- Experience in sales/collections/call centre roles is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
