About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Leadership & Behavioral Trainer to design and deliver impactful leadership and behavioral development programs across the organization. The role requires strong facilitation capability, content development expertise, and the ability to drive measurable learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities1. Training Delivery
- Facilitate engaging behavioral and leadership training sessions.
- Deliver programs across multiple levels within the organization.
- Ensure high participant engagement and learning impact.

2. Content Development
- Design and develop customized training materials, modules, and facilitator guides.
- Align content with organizational competency frameworks and business goals.
- Update learning content based on feedback and evolving requirements.

Learning Effectiveness
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and outcome tracking.
- Analyze learning data and recommend improvements.
- Ensure continuous enhancement of program quality and impact.

4. Program Coordination
- Manage training logistics, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Maintain training records and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in training, specifically in behavioral and leadership development.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of behavioral science and leadership concepts.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences and handle group dynamics effectively.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
