Job Summary

Auxilium Skills Academy is seeking a passionate and skilled Graphic Designing Trainer to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant training to students and youth. The trainer will be responsible for teaching graphic design concepts, software skills, and practical projects that enhance learners’ creativity, technical proficiency, and employability.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training sessions in graphic design fundamentals and advanced techniques.
- Teach design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and hands-on projects aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Mentor students and provide individual feedback to improve their design skills and confidence.
- Assess student progress through tests, portfolios, and practical evaluations.
- Support students in building qualified portfolios and preparing for internships or employment.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry standards.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and reports as required.




- Foster a positive, inclusive, and creative learning environment.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer and/or trainer or instructor.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise.
- Proficiency in major design software and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach learners from diverse educational and socio-economic backgrounds.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with youth or community-based training programs.
- Knowledge of branding, social media design, UI basics, or motion graphics.
- Strong mentoring and motivational abilities.
- Organizational and documentation skills.
