Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee online account opening processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Welcome and engage with newly onboarded customers, ensuring a smooth start to their journey.
- Maintain and update account opening documentation in compliance with internal policies.
- Provide timely online support to the Sales team for seamless operations.
- Generate orders and handle customer queries promptly and effectively.
- Visit customers, when required, to resolve operational issues and ensure service satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Solid understanding of KYC norms and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Willingness to meet customers in person to address and resolve operational matters.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
