We are looking for an experienced Line Supervisor to oversee and manage production line workers. The role involves ensuring smooth daily production activities, maintaining discipline on the shop floor, meeting production targets, and coordinating with the Production Manager to resolve any operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide production workers on the assigned line
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and work discipline of line workers
- Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed
- Report daily production status and issues to management
Requirements:
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
- Good leadership and people-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
