We're Hiring: EDI & Logistics Operations Coordinator

This critical role ensures EDI transactions run smoothly, inventory allocates perfectly, and shipments hit every deadline—keeping our operations compliant and chargeback-free.

Role Objective (Job Description):
Key Responsibilities:
- EDI Management: Monitor incoming EDI streams, troubleshoot mapping/transmission errors, and ensure seamless order conversion.
- Order Allocation:Match open orders to real-time inventory based on priorities, ship dates, and customer needs.
- Warehouse Coordination:Issue pick tickets and act as the key liaison between office and distribution center for accurate fulfillment.
- Shipping Documentation: Generate Bills of Lading (BOL) and transit docs, meeting all carrier requirements.
- Compliance & ASNs:Transmit timely,



accurate Advanced Shipping Notices (856/ASN) to avoid penalties.
- Billing & Invoicing:Handle final invoicing upon Warehouse Shipping Advice (945) or Proof of Delivery (POD).

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in EDI systems, logistics ops, and supply chain coordination.
- Robust troubleshooting skills and familiarity with retailer compliance (e.g., ASNs, BOLs).
- Comfortable with night shifts (USA-aligned hours).
- Excellent communication for warehouse/office bridging.

- 2.5 to 3 lacs p.a.
