About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions across Government and Commercial accounts:
- Strategically source, screen, and evaluate IT professionals across multiple skill sets
- Partner with sales, account managers, and delivery teams to meet urgent hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, hiring guidelines, and documentation standards
- Stay current with US IT staffing trends, market insights, and emerging technologies
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing best practices and improving team performance
- Maintain accurate data and reporting in ATS and CRM systems

Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience:




- Robust background in US IT staffing across Government and Commercial accounts:
- Extensive experience with job portals, ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets

Pay: ₹132,606.40 - ₹800,000.00 per year
