Telecalling Executive / Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecalling Executive to contact potential or existing customers, generate leads, explain products/services, and support sales or customer engagement over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers or prospects:
- Explain company products or services clearly and persuasively:
- Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups:
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses:
- Handle customer queries and provide basic information:
- Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets:
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines:
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred:




- Positive communication skills (local language + basic English):
- Ability to convince and negotiate politely:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus):
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn:
- Experience: Fresher or 0-2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / sales

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
