_ Key Responsibilities_
- Write, edit, and develop high-quality content across genres (books).
- Collaborate with authors and editors to understand project requirements and deliver content aligned with expectations.
- Conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy, credibility, and originality.
- Manage deadlines effectively and deliver content within agreed timelines
- Leverage AI tools for writing, editing, and research, and remain open to learning new AI-driven publishing workflows

- Eligibility Criteria_
- Education: BA/MA in English (Hons) or related discipline preferred.
- Experience: Freshers with robust writing & communication skills are welcome.
- Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling ability.
- Ability to adapt to different tones, styles, and genres.

- Work Timings & Days_
- Login: 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM
- Logout: 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- Total Working Hours: 8.5 hours (including lunch break)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Monday to Friday: Work from Office
- Saturday: Work from Home (WFH Fixed)
- For Interns:_
- Internship Duration-3-6 Months (Depending on the individual’s 3months performance)
- Stipend
- 12k (Monthly)
