The E-commerce Manager is responsible for managing and growing online sales across multiple e-commerce platforms. The role includes end-to-end ownership of product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, advertising, and performance analysis to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- 1. Marketplace Operations:
- End-to-end management of all marketplace accounts

2. Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create, upload & manage product listings across platforms
- Optimize titles, descriptions, images, attributes & keywords:
- Ensure correct categorization, pricing & GST compliance
- Handle listing errors, suppression & content updates

3. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Monitor stock levels platform-wise
- Plan replenishment, inward & RTV / recall coordination
- Avoid OOS & over-stock situations
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics & inventory team

4. Pricing, Discounts & Promotions
- Plan and execute pricing strategy as per margins & competition
- Manage discounts, coupons, deals & offers:




- Coordinate pricing during sales events & brand days
- Ensure correct discount calculations & approvals

5. Advertising & Marketing (Marketplace Ads)
- Manage ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit etc.:
- Plan ad strategy, budgets & SKU prioritization
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS / ACoS / sales growth:
- Align ads with discounts, inventory & visibility goals

6. Sales Growth & Performance Management
- Track daily sales, GMV & platform performance
- Identify growth opportunities & underperforming SKUs
- Improve conversion through content, pricing & visibility
- Drive platform-wise revenue growth

7. Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports:
- Analyze sales, ads, discounts, inventory & profitability
- Share insights, action plans & performance updates with management
