Hiring: Architect & Civil Estimator
Location: Panchkula (Haryana)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Full-Time Position
1️. Architect (B.Arch)
- Minimum 5 years of project experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp/Photoshop.
- Handling drawings, coordination & site visits
- Experience in Institutional / Office buildings in projects preferred
2️ Civil Estimator (B.Tech Civil Engg/ Diploma in Civil with experience)
- Robust knowledge of Haryana Schedule of Rates (HSR)
- BOQ preparation & quantity take-offs
- Rate analysis & cost estimation
- Ready for site visits as required
Salary: As per knowledge and experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
