We are looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals to join our Business Banking / Working Capital Sales team.
Position: Sales Officer - Working Capital Loans
Location: Surat
Experience: 1-3 years
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing new SME / MSME customers for Working Capital facilities (OD / CC)
- Lead generation, field sales, and relationship building
- Basic financial data collection and preliminary assessment
- Coordination with credit and operations for case processing
- Achieving monthly sourcing targets
- Experience in Working Capital / SME Lending / Business Loans:
- Understanding of business financials preferred
- Strong communication and local market knowledge
- Self-motivated with sales orientation
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹280,000.00 per year
