1. Location
- Base: Varanasi & its nearby cities
- Territory: East Uttar Pradesh - Varanasi, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Gorakhpur, Chandauli, Mau and nearby Tier-2 / Tier-3 markets

2. Experience Required
- 2-3 years of FMCG sales experience
- Experience in ghee / dairy / food products preferred
- Exposure to B2B or bulk and consumer packing selling
- Strong understanding of primary and secondary sales systems

3. Role Overview

The Area Sales Executive (ASE) will be responsible for driving bulk ghee and consumer packing sales (15-kg tins, 5kg and 1kg ) across the assigned East Uttar Pradesh territory through effective execution of both primary and secondary sales. The role involves distributor onboarding, primary billing, stock availability, and demand generation in the market, while simultaneously building strong relationships with wholesalers, sweet shops (halwai), hotels, restaurants, caterers, and retail counters.

The ASE will own sales volumes, market expansion, customer relationships,



and payment discipline in the territory and will be accountable for achieving monthly primary and secondary sales targets while reporting to the business strategist/ Business head.

4. Key Responsibilities
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and wholesalers
- Drive primary billing and ensure stock availability at distributor level
- Monitor distributor performance and outstanding payments
- Execute secondary sales with sweet shops (halwai), hotels, restaurants, caterers, and retail counters.
- Convert trials into repeat monthly orders
- Increase per-account volume and overall market coverage
- Open current accounts and strengthen existing trade relationships
- Track competitor pricing, schemes, and market activity
- Ensure strict adherence to company credit and collection policies
- Conduct regular market visits and provide daily and weekly sales and market reports
