We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents in selecting suitable academic programs. The counsellor will be responsible for handling enquiries, counselling prospective students, supporting enrolment processes, and maintaining solid relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about academic programs, courses, and career pathways.
- Understand students’ academic background and recommend appropriate coaching programs.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and counselling data accurately.
- Coordinate with faculty and administrative staff for smooth onboarding of students.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide ongoing student support.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets (if applicable).
- Ensure high levels of student and parent satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
