Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with student leads
- Provide detailed information about courses and admission procedures
- Counsel students and guide them in course selection
- Maintain call records and update lead status
- Achieve admission and conversion targets
Required Skills:
- Robust English communication skills
- Excellent convincing and negotiation ability
- Confident and professional speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge
