Job Summary

The SPE- Insurance Brokerage role requires a skilled with 1 to 3 years of experience adept in MS Office and skilled in handling broker workflows (quote, bind, endorsements, renewals, certificates. This hybrid position involves night shifts and demands proficiency in English for effective communication. The role focuses on ensuring seamless brokerage operations contributing to the company’s efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Handle PL, CL, or EB transactions across the lifecycle:
Ø Prepare submissions, generate quotes, coordinate with carriers, verify documents, and update CRM/FSC.

Ø Manage servicing tasks such as endorsements, certificates, invoicing, billing validation, EOC processing, client query resolution.

Ø Maintain accurate policy data, documents,



and records across Salesforce FSC / EPIC / DMS.

Ø Support licensed Account Managers as required (for licensed workflows).

Ø Meet SLAs, quality benchmarks, and adhere to documented SOPs.

Required Skills / Experience

Ø 1-3 years in Personal Lines / Commercial Lines / Employee Benefits broking or insurance back-office.

Ø Understanding of broker workflows (quote, bind, endorsements, renewals, certificates).

Ø Experience with insurance systems such as Applied Epic, Salesforce FSC (preferred).

Ø Strong analytical and documentation skills.
