An Audit & Compliance Executive ensures an organization operates within legal, regulatory, and internal policy frameworks. Responsibilities include conducting internal audits, developing compliance policies, managing risk, and reporting findings to management to improve operational controls. Requires a bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/HR and robust analytical skills. Key Responsibilities
- Audit Execution: Plan and execute operational, financial, and compliance audits to evaluate the efficiency of internal controls.
- Regulatory Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal standards, industry regulations (e.g., ISO, BSCI, HIGG (FEM & FLSM (SLCP)), BIS, etc.), and ethical guidelines.
- Risk Management: Analyze potential risks, identify non-compliance issues, and collaborate with departments to implement corrective actions.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, documentation, and compliance summaries for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Training & Advisory:



Educate staff on compliance requirements and provide advice to improve internal procedures.
- Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with regulatory developments and monitor company operations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in auditing, compliance, or risk management.
- Certifications: Preferred: CPA, CIA, or relevant compliance certifications.
- Skills: Strong analytical, attention to detail, communication, and Microsoft Office skills (Excel/data analysis tools).
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, internal control frameworks, and industry-specific laws.
