Driven by the growing need of Defence, Aerospace and Power generation sector for High Strength & Light weight precision parts, under the “_Make in India_” initiative to make our country self-reliantwe have successfully commissioned our Precision Metallic Honeycomb & Seals manufacturing facility in Vadodara (Gujarat, India).

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Wire Cut EDM and/or Sinker EDM machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
- Perform machine alignment, electrode setup, and parameter adjustments
- Monitor machining process and make necessary corrections
- Measure finished components using micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, and other precision instruments
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerance compliance




- Maintain production records and inspection reports
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow safety guidelines and 5S practices

Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Making preferred
- 2-5 years’ experience operating EDM machines in precision manufacturing
- Knowledge of EDM programming (if applicable)
- Understanding of GD&T; and tight tolerance machining
- Experience in tool room or mold & die manufacturing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in shifts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
