The CSSD IN-CHARGE will manage the Central Sterile Supply Department, ensuring the sterilization and maintenance of medical instruments and supplies. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of sterilization techniques and health regulations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Central Sterile Supply Department




- Ensure all medical instruments and supplies are properly sterilized and maintained
- Manage and train CSSD staff
- Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment and supplies
- Develop and implement sterilization protocols and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of sterilization processes
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Certification in sterile processing management
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a healthcare sterilization role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of sterilization techniques and health regulations

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
