Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Track sourcing metrics and improve sourcing strategies
- Map market talent and conduct competitor research when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
- Experience working on mid-level to senior-level hiring
- Good understanding of IT / Non-IT niche hiring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals
