Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly & Fitting: Assemble, disassemble, fit, and align complex die and mould components using detailed drawings and specifications.
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including sharpening, grinding, polishing, and repairing worn or broken parts.
- Precision Work: Use measuring tools (micrometers, gauges) and machinery (grinders, lathes, milling) to achieve precise cuts, angles, and fits.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues during production runs, ensuring smooth operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished dies for defects, wear, and accuracy to meet quality standards.
- Collaboration:



Work with production and engineering teams to improve designs and resolve technical queries.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Aptitude: Solid mechanical understanding and ability to read technical drawings.
- Tool Proficiency: Skilled in operating various toolroom machines and hand tools.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
