Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the English Department
- Plan academic strategies and curriculum implementation.
- Guide and mentor English teachers.
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom delivery, and student performance.
- Prepare students for board examinations with effective strategies.
- Organize literary activities, debates, workshops, and competitions.
- Coordinate with school leadership for academic planning and improvements.
Skills Required:
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (MA) in English
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience in ICSE & ISC.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
