Job Title: Lift Technician / Elevator Technician

Location: Chennai
Experience: Minimum 1 yr
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of elevators
- Routine maintenance and preventive servicing of lifts
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Attend breakdown calls and ensure mínimal downtime
- Check control panels, wiring, motors, brakes, and safety devices
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines
- Maintain service reports and update maintenance records

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of lift control panels, VVVF drives, ARD systems
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and mechanical components
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Good problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
