PROOFIT is a professional home inspection company helping buyers and homeowners “Know Before You Buy.” We conduct independent inspections covering structure, plumbing, electrical safety, waterproofing, and water leakage, supported by advanced tools like thermal cameras, acoustic leak detectors, moisture meters, and AI-assisted diagnostic equipment.

Role Overview

This role focuses on detecting concealed water leaks, seepage, and dampness issues in residential apartments using advanced diagnostic tools—without breaking walls or tiles.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform water leakage & dampness inspections in flats and buildings
- Operate equipment such as:
- Acoustic leak detectors
- Thermal cameras
- Moisture meters
- AI-assisted under-slab leak detection tools
- Identify source of leakage (bathroom, plumbing line, slab, external wall, terrace, etc.)




- Document findings with images and readings
- Support report preparation with clear technical inputs
- Coordinate with inspection engineers during joint inspections

Preferred Background
- ITI / Diploma / Civil background OR:
- Experience in waterproofing, plumbing, maintenance, or leak detection
- Field experience in Mumbai buildings is a big plus
- Physically fit for site work
