Job Title: Cook / Food Truck Operations Executive - Indori & Bhopali Fast Food

Experience: 1-3 years preferred (Street food / quick food experience is a plus)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve Indori & Bhopali style fast food such as:
Sandwiches, Burgers, Pasta
Shakes & Beverages
Special street-style snacks
Ensure taste consistency, hygiene, and food quality
Handle daily food truck operations including:
Food preparation & cooking
Inventory and raw material management
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment
Manage customer orders and basic customer interaction
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in menu improvement and new item suggestions
Open and close the food truck as per business requirements
Requirements:
Experience in fast food / street food cooking




Knowledge of Indori & Bhopali flavors and recipes
Ability to manage food truck operations independently
Basic understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
Hardworking, punctual, and responsible
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a food truck or quick-service restaurant
Multi-tasking and time management skills
Basic cash handling or digital payment knowledge
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹6000-10000 per month (based on experience)
