Overview:
To be able to build/modify FE model, Model setup, Debug and Solve Full run Crash calculation as per regulation and NCAP requirements
Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge of automotive modeling.
- Positive Knowledge of Model building using Hypermesh/ANSA..
- Knowledge of Non-linear analysis using Explicit solver (PAMCRASH or LS-DYNA)à Crash & SD
- Knowledge of Nastran solver à NVH
- Knowledge about typical Finite Elements
- Knowledge in FE model Quality criteria
- Prepare standard reports based on results
Qualifications:
- BE or Master in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with knowledge of automobile parts
Skills:
- Hypermesh, PAMCRASH or LS-DYNA[Crash], Nastran(NVH), Animator, ADAMS,MATLAB
- Fluent, Star CCM, ANSA
Experience:
- 2 to 10 years of experience in CAE for Automotive
